Welcome. I’m Shelby, a licensed therapist who helps individuals and couples feel more secure in themselves and their relationships. If you haven’t felt like yourself for some time, you’re not alone. Underneath, there are often deeper emotions and unmet needs influencing how you react and relate. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and help you respond with more clarity, steadiness, and intention.
